Order Processing & Product Care

All orders over $45 will receive FREE shipping! Please allow up to 5 business days for order processing. Orders DO NOT ship Friday-Sunday. Any orders received after 11 am EST on Thursdays will be packed and held until Monday to ensure products do not sit in extreme temperatures on non postal days.

SUMMER SHIPPING POLICY:

From June 1st to October 1st orders will be shipped only ONCE per week, every other Monday or Wednesday. Please check our social media stories for shipping updates posted every Friday. This is due to the high temperatures our products will be facing over the next few months.

All orders are shipped via USPS 2-3 Day Priority Mail. This is to ensure our customer's receive their products in the best possible condition. Thank you for your understanding.

 

Due to the nature of our products and ongoing global pandemic, we do not accept returns. Please inspect your package upon arrival. If your product arrives broken or is incorrect, we ask that you contact customer service within 72 hours of delivery at sales.inflectionpoint@gmail.com and provide your order #, description of issue and pictures for documentation and we will work with you on a speedy resolution. We are not responsible for claims sent in past 72 hours of delivery. Thank you for your understanding.
